The title track on the A-side is a brand new song we wrote and recorded right before heading out on our current tour with Portrayal of Guilt. The B-side, “Bench Warrant” was written and recorded during the Dry Drunk sessions, but was ultimately cut from that album due to its slower, more melancholy sound interfering with pacing. Lyrically, both songs address the idea of taking chances and being willing to risk safety and comfort for a shot at something that makes you feel genuinely alive.
