Hailing from Michigan’s rugged Upper Peninsula, American rock band Charmer will release their third album, and first in five years, Downpour, this spring. Themes of growth, grief, and reflection abound, Downpour draws its thematic influence from personal losses, family dynamics, and life in the isolated UP.
