The lines “Your Touch sets me free” and “Go ahead and let me down” are simple, yet vivid—two emotions pulling in opposite directions. This is what Ritual does best: creating a dynamic of feelings backed by the sounds of driving and melodic alternative-rock.

“Your Touch” is their first new release since *Closing In* dropped in 2023. Since then, they’ve been busy playing show after show and becoming a staple in Austin’s music scene.

These new songs stretch further than anything they’ve done before. They’re softer in places, heavier in other and layered with vast tones to create the most Ritual sounding songs yet.
