Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from our store within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and within the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is included in the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened vinyl records, CDs, or any other music formats that have been unsealed.
  • Digital downloads or items purchased through flash sales.
  • Items outside of the 30 day window.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@devildogdistro.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Returning Your Item

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation and any correspondence regarding the return.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for your refund to be reflected in your account.
  • If you prefer an exchange for a different item, please indicate this in your return request, and we will assist you accordingly, subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@devildogdistro.com with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
