Like the name implies, Party'z is just that.

Returning with their first LP after a fabulous EP just a few years ago, Party'z is a big group of buds led by one Mark Jaeschke (Kittyhawk, Joie DeVivre) putting togetherbig rockin' anthemic songs meant for sweaty basements or your favorite dirty punk dive bar. I know.. I've seen it! 

I'm talking a wall of guitars. There are three of them, but this record sounds like it has 20. And it probably does. It's swirling. It's big. That said it sounds somehow beautifully sweet. Couple that with pulsing drums from Andy Hendricks (Annabel, What Gives) and some 90s DGC records style synth lines from Delia Hornik (What Gives) and you have the delightful package that is Afterparties! 

Think... The Weakerthans meets Rainer Maria meets a wall of guitar amplifiers. You'll dig it.
