Swedish heavy weights thrown have announced the release of their highly anticipated debut album »EXCESSIVE GUILT«, set for release on 30th August via Arising Empire. Since forming in 2021, thrown have been mesmerising the metal world with their signature blend of aural violence, live intensity and enigmatic performances.

thrown are undoubtedly the most listened to new metal artist right now, having already amassed over 81 million streams worldwide since the release of their debut single.

In 2022 thrown released their debut EP »EXTENDED PAIN« which has been sitting in Spotify's Top 200 Global Metal Chart for almost a year, with over 50 million streams across its five songs.
